  • 1 red onion chopped
  • a tin of condensed mushroom soup
  • 500g of chopped and skinless chicken
  • 3 big mushrooms
  • 150g milk


    1. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken.
    2. Once the chicken has cooked, add the chopped onion and mushrooms.
    3. Pour in the condensed mushroom soup.Fill the tin half way with milk and stir into the curry.
    4. Start to boil the water in a pan and cook the rice until soft.
