- STEP 1
Put 100 grams of self raising flour , 100g caster sugar, 100g butter, 2 eggs I n a bowl.
- STEP 2
Use an electric whisk to whisk until smooth.
- STEP 3
Put your mixture in to 12 cupcake cases.
- STEP 4
Cook for 10-15 minutes until they are starting to golden
- STEP 5
Get them out the oven and decorate and enjoy.
