Super healthy delicious smoothie

This smoothie is perfect if your on a diet, it’s extremely healthy along with being super delicious


  • 2 cups of pineapple (along with some juice)
  • 1 cup of curly kale
  • 1 cup of fruit yogurt of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 small chunks of cucumber

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix!
