Carrot Cake Oatmeal

Warming and indulgent healthy breakfast!


  • 33g Porridge Oats
  • 75g Carrots
  • 15g Dried fruit
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger


  • STEP 1
    Grate the carrot into a bowl and add all other ingredients.
  • STEP 2
    Add 200ml water and mix.
  • STEP 3
    Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Remove bowl and stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute.
