Ingredients
- 33g Porridge Oats
- 75g Carrots
- 15g Dried fruit
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
Method
- STEP 1Grate the carrot into a bowl and add all other ingredients.
- STEP 2Add 200ml water and mix.
- STEP 3Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Remove bowl and stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute.
