Luxembourgish salad dressing

Salad dressing with mustard, olive oil and herbs


  • 100 ml cream
  • 4-6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown mustard (more if desired)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.


  • STEP 1
    Mix the cream, oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the parsley and chives - lots of them; don't stint :)
