Luxembourgish salad dressing

Salad dressing with mustard, olive oil and herbs
- 100 ml cream
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown mustard (more if desired)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- STEP 1Mix the cream, oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the parsley and chives - lots of them; don't stint :)
