  • 1 Cal Oil Spray
  • 1 Tin Butter Beans
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 TBSP Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 TSP Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric
  • 1/2 TSP Paprika
  • 1/2 TSP Garam Masala
  • 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Oregano
  • 1 TSP Curry Powder
  • 200ml Water

    Method

    • step 1

      Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat.
    • step 2

      Add the butter beans, onion, pepper, garlic, chili flakes, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, chili powder, oregano, and half of the salt.
    • step 3

      Cook for 5 minutes, add the water, and then cook for a further 5 minutes.
    • step 4

      Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, curry powder, and the rest of the salt.
    • step 5

      Heat through and season as desired.
    • step 6

      Serve with rice.
