Spicy salami s'mores

Ingredients
- 16 melba toasts
- 8 slices Taleggio
- 8 slices spicy salami
- 4 black olives, halved
Method
- STEP 1
Preheat the grill to high and line a baking sheet with parchment. Put 8 melba toasts on the tray with a slice of Taleggio on each and grill until the cheese starts to melt.
- STEP 2
Top with the salami, a black olive and sandwich another melba toast on top.
