Ingredients
- 50ml saké
- 15ml sherry (we used Pedro Ximénez)
- 15ml madeira
- 1 tsp elderflower liqueur
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- ice
For the garnish
- piece of grapefruit zest
Method
- STEP 1
Mix all the ingredients together well in a mixing glass or jug. Then fill the glass up with ice and stir again to chill the cocktail.
- STEP 2
Strain the mixture into a sherry or port glass. Garnish with a small piece of grapefruit zest.
