Ingredients

  • 50ml saké
  • 15ml sherry (we used Pedro Ximénez)
  • 15ml madeira
  • 1 tsp elderflower liqueur
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • ice

For the garnish

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix all the ingredients together well in a mixing glass or jug. Then fill the glass up with ice and stir again to chill the cocktail.

  • STEP 2

    Strain the mixture into a sherry or port glass. Garnish with a small piece of grapefruit zest.
