- 60ml cachaça
- 25ml sherry (we used Pedro Ximénez)
- 25ml Italian vermouth (we used Antica Formula)
For the garnish
- lemon zest
Fill a mixing glass or jug with ice, then add the cachaça, sherry and vermouth. Stir well, then strain into a small martini glass.
Pinch the piece of lemon zest to spray the oils from the skin into the drink to serve.
