Ingredients

  • ice
  • 60ml cachaça
  • 25ml sherry (we used Pedro Ximénez)
  • 25ml Italian vermouth (we used Antica Formula)

For the garnish

  • lemon zest

Method

  • STEP 1

    Fill a mixing glass or jug with ice, then add the cachaça, sherry and vermouth. Stir well, then strain into a small martini glass.

  • STEP 2

    Pinch the piece of lemon zest to spray the oils from the skin into the drink to serve.
