Ingredients
- 3 tbsp mint leaves, about 10g
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 150g tub of low fat natural yogurt
- squeeze of lime or lemon
Method
- STEP 1
Blitz the mint leaves, sugar and yogurt with some freshly ground black pepper until well blended. Add the lime or lemon juice before serving.
