I added crispy fried streaky bacon, and it was all absolutely delicious! I'm cooking it again this week!

Pretty basic in terms of flavour combination, if you want something with a bit more sophistication search Warm Stilton Salad much more flavoursome!

Simple but delicious. Had raw pear and blue cheese before but the griddling and the pear being warm give it extra character. So good i've had it 2 days in a row. Will definitely be a regular for a blue cheese and salad lover like me.
