Surprisingly tasty for a micro meal. I didn’t have a problem with water content although I did use about a spoon and a half of creame fraiche. I cooked it for 8 minutes in a 800 watt microwave and it was cooked perfect. It’s not something I would write home about but certainly a quick and tasty dish if you’re in a rush to get out the door and need to eat something decent like I was. I used haddock which was a little bit boring, the veggies were really nice. Next time I would try sea bass.

I really liked this, but agree about the water; however, I used more crème fraîche the second time and it worked better. I also added some brown microwave rice to the veg for the carbs and it was great. I still haven't quite worked out the cooking time (I used salmon then basa) and needed to cook both for longer - but that may just be my microwave! A good, quick, easy and healthy meal so I'd definitely recommend it.

This is very quick to make but otherwise nothing special.

I did this in the microwave, I used baby leaf salad instead of lettuce, was much less watery. Bit of lemon zest and juice livens it up a bit.

I cooked the fish separately in the oven. It worked well and I didn't find the lettuce, peas, spring onions and creme fraiche mix watery. I also did it with mash.

Absolutely loved this. Very easy to make and very tasty. Low in calories and fat too.

Basically nice, but with all the water in the bottom of the bowl I thought that the fish was going to start swimming. Quite bland, though

This is yum, and so easy. I covered in foil and ovenbaked instead of microwaving and it was fine. Bear in mind the lettuce gives off lots of water so there's lots of runny sauce at the end - perfect with mash.

Great recipe, I put a little veg bouillon in with the crème fraîche which works well. I usually serve it with rice or cous cous both of which work well.
