  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 6 dashes chocolate bitters
  • agave salt

Method

  • step 1

    Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then pour over into chilled coupe or martini cocktail glass, garnished with agave salt if you like.

Make honey syrup by mixing 1 tbsp honey with 1 tbsp boiling water, mix well and leave to cool before using.
