Ingredients
- 60ml dark rum
- 2 tbsp honey syrup, (see tip below)
- 2 tsp coffee liqueur
- 1 tbsp dry sherry
- 6 dashes chocolate bitters
- agave salt, (sal de gusano) to serve (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then pour over into chilled coupe or martini cocktail glass, garnished with agave salt if you like.
