This vegan snack with ginger, tamari and zesty lemon is a real zinger that's ready in just 5 minutes
Mix the garlic, ginger, tamari and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1-2 tsp water. Cut the avocado in half and destone, then spoon in the dressing and eat with a teaspoon.
