Bonfire sweet potatoe wedges

the perfect winter warmer , great for shareing around a roaring bonfire

  • 1 Fresh chilli or 1/2 tsp flakes
  • Honey
  • 4-5 Bushbock sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil tbsp


    1. Preheat oven to 170C/fan150C/gas 5
    2. Cut the potatoes into wedges (do not peal its the best bit :)
    3. in a baking tray put potaotes in tray with chilli , and honey and olive oil . (it depends on how sweet you want the wedges add allot it you like it sweet add a little if you dont like it sweet at same for the chillies)
    4. with your hands or a spoon stir everything together
    5. Chuck potatoes at top of oven for 10 mins take out stire potatoes and turn over put in for another 7 mins . :)
