Ingredients

  • 500g Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium potatoe peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1.5L water
  • 1 tbsp dried coriander
  • pinch of chilli flakes

Method

    1. Add 1.5l of boiling water in a pan and add the vegetable stock cubes, corriander and onion
    2. Peel the carrots and potoes and chop them add this to the pan of water
    3. Add a pinch of chili flakes to the pan
    4. Boil for 20 mins and then let it cool down
    5. Pour the ingredients in to a liquidiser. Season with salt and pepper
