Ingredients

  • 500 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 can condensed vegetable (or mushroom) soup
  • 450ml (1 1/2 cups) of creme fraiche (or 1/2 fat creme fraiche or double cream)
  • salt, pepper and paprika to season to taste
  • 2 - 3 minced cloves of garlic (to taste)

Optional:

  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put the chicken in a casserole dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • STEP 2
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and put into the middle of an oven for 1 1/2 hours at 180C
  • STEP 3
    Serve with rice, quinoa or potatoes.
