Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 500 g diced chicken breast
- 1 can condensed vegetable (or mushroom) soup
- 450ml (1 1/2 cups) of creme fraiche (or 1/2 fat creme fraiche or double cream)
- salt, pepper and paprika to season to taste
- 2 - 3 minced cloves of garlic (to taste)
Optional:
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
Method
- STEP 1Put the chicken in a casserole dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- STEP 2Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and put into the middle of an oven for 1 1/2 hours at 180C
- STEP 3Serve with rice, quinoa or potatoes.
