Ingredients

  • 3 tblsp fresh or bottle Mayonnaise
  • 1 tblsp Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tblsp Natural Yogurt
  • 15 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tblsp tomato puree
  • juice of half lemon
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • dash sweet chilli sauce (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix all together and enjoy!
  • STEP 2
    Serve as a dip or mix into the seafood
