Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pepper(any colour)
  • half a onion cut finely
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Ol' De Paso's fajita seasoning

half for chicken, half for vegetables.

  • 4 tbs of Philidelphia

Method

  • STEP 1
    cook chicken throughly with lemon&lime juice in pan untill white or golden (opptional)
  • STEP 2
    add the fajita seasoning and turn down eat to avoid burning
  • STEP 3
    slowly fry vegetables until soft (prefered option)
  • STEP 4
    add philidelphia to mix & fajita seasoning
  • STEP 5
    cook until thinly spread
  • STEP 6
