lemon&lime, spicy chicken with creamy spicy vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pepper(any colour)
  • half a onion cut finely
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Ol' De Paso's fajita seasoning
  • half for chicken, half for vegetables.
  • 4 tbs of Philidelphia

Method

    1. cook chicken throughly with lemon&lime juice in pan untill white or golden (opptional)
    2. add the fajita seasoning and turn down eat to avoid burning
    3. slowly fry vegetables until soft (prefered option)
    4. add philidelphia to mix & fajita seasoning
    5. cook until thinly spread
    6. TADA
