  • 400 gr penne pasta
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • pack of spinach( frozen)
  • Bourin cream cheese with garlic and fine herbs
  • 250 gr chesnut mushrooms
  • 50 gr pine nuts
  • 5 sundried tomatoes


    1. Cut the chicken breasts in small chunks. Clean the mushrooms and quarter them. Cut the sundried tomatoes in small stripes. Thaw the spinach
    2. Cook the pasta. Keep it warm
    3. Heat some oil and fry the chicken breasts in it. Add the mushrooms and stirfry them with the chicken
    4. Add the thawed spinach and the Boursin cheese
    5. Add the sundries tomatoes and pine nuts and warm them through
    6. Put the pasta in a dish and pour the sauce over it
