Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 gloves of garlic
- juice of a lemon
- 1 boiled potato
- 4 dl olive oil extra vergine
Method
- STEP 1Put the gloves of garlic in the food processor.
- STEP 2Add lemon juice, egg yolks and the boiled potato.
- STEP 3Turn this into a smooth paste.
- STEP 4Add the olive oil slowly
- STEP 5Season to taste with salt and peper
