Ingredients

  • 5/8 cup warm water (132.75 mL)
  • 5/8 cup milk (132.75 Ml)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp butter (22.5 mL)

Optional but recommended: Bread Dough Enhancer. Use per manufacturer's instructions.

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (7.5 mL)
  • 3 cups bread flour (708 mL)
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (45 mL)
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast (5 mL)

Note: This makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf
