Brilliant soup. Really quick, easy and cheap to make! When I have it in the fridge, I stir a tbl spoon of cream into the soup when serving.

the most i've cooked is scrambled eggs on toast.this looked easy to make so i thought i'd give it a go.it is so easy to make and tastes great.i also like to throw in some chinese 5 spice and garlic which gives it a totally different taste.i shall now move onto tougher things to make with confidence

This was nice but it didn't set my world on fire! It was really simple to make and perfectly edible but I don't think I'll make it again. Purely my taste rather than a bad recipe.

Great, easy to make soup that the whole family can enjoy! One tip: you do not have to peel the carrots! I washed the smaller carrots and only peeled the large ones! Also I used a medium sized potato as it did not say what size and this worked fine! really yummy soup!
