Lemon thyme infused baked fresh radish with baked mushrooms. Serves as hot starter.

Ingredients

  • 220g chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g fresh radish
  • 0.5 bunch lemon thyme
  • 25 g butter

Method

    1. Slice mushrooms and fresh radish.
    2. Chop one clove of garlic.
    3. Melt butter on frying pan and fry chestnut mushrooms for 5 minutes.
    4. Add chopped garlic, chopped lemon thyme, sliced fresh radish and fry for another 3-5 minutes.

Thanks Jooles for your comment. Waiting for your verdict as this recipe was created by myself (like most of the other ones too). Will post something more with the radishes if you will like this one :)

This sounds fab, would be ideal as a side dish. We have lots and lots of radish's growing at the moment, so recipes are always welcome. I willl definetly be making this and will be back to comment on how it went. Thanks MyCookingStreet be back soon :o)
