Ingredients

  • 220g chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g fresh radish
  • 0.5 bunch lemon thyme
  • 25 g butter

Method

  • STEP 1
    Slice mushrooms and fresh radish.
  • STEP 2
    Chop one clove of garlic.
  • STEP 3
    Melt butter on frying pan and fry chestnut mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4
    Add chopped garlic, chopped lemon thyme, sliced fresh radish and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
