Ingredients
- 220g chestnut mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g fresh radish
- 0.5 bunch lemon thyme
- 25 g butter
Method
- STEP 1Slice mushrooms and fresh radish.
- STEP 2Chop one clove of garlic.
- STEP 3Melt butter on frying pan and fry chestnut mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- STEP 4Add chopped garlic, chopped lemon thyme, sliced fresh radish and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
