  • chicken boneless 500 gm
  • corn flour 200 gm
  • egg 2 no
  • oil 60 ml
  • Green chilli 50 gm
  • white onion 250 gm
  • carrots 250 gm
  • spring onion 200 gm
  • balck papper powder 1tbs
  • chicken stook powder 1 tsp
  • soya sauce 2 tsp
  • dark mushroom soya sauce 1/2 tsp.
  • chicken stook 1 cup
  • potato starch 50 gm
  • suger 1/4 tsp


    1. marinate the chicken cubes with egg,corn flour and chicken stook powder,soya sauce and oil and keep it for one hour
    2. take a wok heat oil and fry your marinated chicken and keep a side
    3. add oil in a chinese wok add cube onion and stir fry well add carrott and green chilli .and soya sauce,black papper,dark mushroom souce,chicken stook powder, suger,add spring onion
    4. add the chiken which you fried alraedy stire well until coated with sauce and add potato starch to make thick sauce,
    5. served with egg fried rice
