a great and fun way of cooking with the kids when you are short on time

  • 1 supermarket cheapest brand cheese and tomato pizza, frozen, i use tesco value
  • a ball of mozzarella, torn
  • fresh basil
  • your favourite pizza toppings, ie cherry tomatoes, diced ham, chicken, seafood, rocket, peppers, onions, capers, or even broccolli! its your choice
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • black pepper for seasoning


    1. firstly prepare your chosen toppings, slice tomatoes etc and arrange over the frozen pizza with the kids
    2. add the mozarella, and basil,
    3. sprinkle with oregano and a little black pepper
    4. bake in oven about 200c until cooked, about 15 mins
    5. serve with salad and garlic bread, the kids could even choose the salad vegetables
