  • Onion
  • lemon juice
  • chicken stock
  • thyme
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • peas (from a tin)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cook the sliced onion in the lemon juice
  • STEP 2
    Add the chicken stock, thyme and cream. Season with pepper and salt
  • STEP 3
    Finally add the peas
  • STEP 4
    Serve with fried fish
