  • 6 tbs (85g) butter, room temp
  • 170g sifted icing sugar
  • 2 tbs double cream
  • 3/4 to 1 vanilla essence
  • drop of food colouring


    1. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, icing sugar, cream and vanilla essence. Using an electric mixer set on low speed, beat until mixture is smooth.
    2. you can divide the mixture amongest bowls and put different colours in different bowls or add a drop or 2 into 1 bowl and mix.
    3. Use immediatly
