  • 1000 gr vastkokende aardappels
  • 750 gr champignons
  • tijm
  • ui
  • olie
  • zout/peper/nootmuskaat
  • 4 eieren
  • 375 ml melk of room
  • 150 gr geraspte gelegen kaas
  • 200 gr ham in dunne plakjes


    1. Aardappels koken en in plakken snijden
    2. Ui fruiten in olie. Voeg plakjes champignons toe en bak dit op een hoog vuur tot het vocht verdampt is. op smaak brengen met zout, peper en tijm
    3. Kluts de eieren met de melk e/o room en op smaak brengen met zout, peper en nootmuskaat
    4. Leg de aardappels, champignons, de ham en geraspte kaas laag voor laag in een ovenschaal.
    5. Giet een beetje van het eimengsel over elke laag
    6. Eindig met een laag aardappels en betrooi deze met kaas. Bak in oven 175 graden voor 35-40 minuten
