  • 1 rode ui gesnipperd
  • 2 tenen knoflook fijngesneden
  • 50 gr boter
  • 400 gr gemengde paddestoelen
  • 40 gr bloem
  • 250 ml paddestoelenbouillon (tablet)
  • 2 el creme fraiche
  • 2 el madeira
  • 1 el peterselie


    1. Fruit ui en knoflook in de helft van de boter. Bak de paddestoelen 5 minuten mee
    2. Haal mengsel uit de pan. Smelt in dezelfde pan de rest van de boter en voeg de bloem toe
    3. Laat de bloem al roerende 2 minten garen. Schenk langzaam de warme bouillon erbij, tot een gladde gebonden saus ontstaat
    4. Roer de creme fraiche , de paddestoelen, de madeira en zout en peper door de saus
    5. Bestrooien met peterselie
