  • 500 gr varkenslappen
  • 3 el olijfolie
  • 100 gr spekblokjes
  • 3 uien
  • 2 teentjes knoflook
  • 125 gr champignons
  • 2,5 dl witte wijn
  • 2,5 dl bouillon
  • 1 tl rozemarijn
  • 1 tl tijm
  • 1 laurierblaadje
  • zout/peper


    1. Verhit olie in de pan en bak de spekjes uit Haal spekjes uit de pan en bak in het vet de blokjes varkenslap. Haal het vlees uit de pan
    2. Verhit de olie en bak de uien en knoflook. Voeg de champignons toe en bak 3 minuten mee
    3. Voeg vlees, witte wijn, kruiden, kippenbouillon aan het uienmengsel toe
    4. Brang gerecht aan de kook en laat vlees 50 minuten sudderen
    5. Bind de saus als het nodig is met maizena
    6. Voeg de spekjes toe en breng op smaak met zout en peper
