Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- shredded ginger
- 1/4 white onion roughly chopped
- long green been
- 1 tsp powdered chicken
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp powdred chicken
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 circle oyster sauce
- 1 big red chilli
- 200g pork
Method
- STEP 1heat oil fry pork on very high heat for 1 mins
- STEP 2add onion, been and chilli cook for 2 mins
- STEP 3add pepper sugar chicken powder + oyster cook for 1 min
- STEP 4add ginger big red chilli finish
