  • 6 average potatoes
  • 350ml milk
  • a lump of butter
  • small herbs

Method

  • STEP 1
    boil potatoes till soft
  • STEP 2
    drain water and add milk and butter
  • STEP 3
    mash until creamy if not add more milk
  • STEP 4
    goes well with beef/mince
