Quick easy dish from Thailand

  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g of pork
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 25 ml of lemonade
  • 50 ml of fish sauce
  • oil


    1. Heat oil in the frying pan over the medium heat.
    2. Put rice into the frying pan.
    3. Beat the eggs into the frying pan then put some pork into the frying pan & add fish sauce into the rice.
    4. Stir them together & cook for 10-20 minutes.
    5. Serve using a wooden spoon & add lemonade to fried rice.
