Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • a little bit of oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot

Method

  • STEP 1
    put the eggs in a bowl and mix with a whisk
  • STEP 2
    use a peeler to remove the skin from the carrot, slice the onion
  • STEP 3
    put the carrot and onion into the bowl
  • STEP 4
    Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat
  • STEP 5
    put the egg into the pan
  • STEP 6
    turn the egg with the fish slice
  • STEP 7
    serve on a plate
