  • 2 eggs
  • a little bit of oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot


    1. put the eggs in a bowl and mix with a whisk
    2. use a peeler to remove the skin from the carrot, slice the onion
    3. put the carrot and onion into the bowl
    4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat
    5. put the egg into the pan
    6. turn the egg with the fish slice
    7. serve on a plate
