Ingredients

  • 500g bread flour
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 20g fresh yeast
  • 300 ml Luke warm water
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix yeast with couple of tbs water and leave for 15 mins
  • STEP 2
    Put flour , salt, olive oil into a bowl
  • STEP 3
    Add the yeast mixture and remaining warm water
  • STEP 4
    Mix for 10 mins to form dough
  • STEP 5
    Cover with towel and leave to rise for 1 hr
