Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages
- 1 egg
- 100g plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 250ml of milk
Method
- STEP 1preheat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7
- STEP 2mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then add the egg and a little milk, mix them in and add the rest of the milk gradually until the batter has the consistency of a milk shake. Beat the batter a bit to make it grow when you cook it.
- STEP 3cook the sausages for 10 minutes
- STEP 4remove the grease left by the sausages and then add the batter. Cook for 30 more minutes
