Ingredients

  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 100g plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 250ml of milk

Method

  • STEP 1
    preheat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7
  • STEP 2
    mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then add the egg and a little milk, mix them in and add the rest of the milk gradually until the batter has the consistency of a milk shake. Beat the batter a bit to make it grow when you cook it.
  • STEP 3
    cook the sausages for 10 minutes
  • STEP 4
    remove the grease left by the sausages and then add the batter. Cook for 30 more minutes
