Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 courgtte, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium unsliced loaf
  • 50g watercress
  • 125g feta cheese
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 50g tomatoes

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat grill, halve and deseed peppers place on a baking tray under grill unitl skins turn black. Place courgettes on a separate baking tray and grill until just cooked. Peel peppers.
  • STEP 2
    Cut the lid off the loaf and pull out the middle, leaving a good crust so it will keep its shape once filled. Layer all the ingredients inside, season with black pepper.
  • STEP 3
    Replace the lid, wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for 1hr.
