Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 English Muffins
- 6 Slices Of Boiled Ham
- 6 Poached Eggs
- Hollandaise Sauce
Method
- STEP 1Slice the Muffins down the middle and toast.
- STEP 2Slice ham in 0.25inch thick slices, and put onto the top of the English muffin halves.
- STEP 3Meanwhile poach the eggs in oil.
- STEP 4Top each half muffin with an egg and smother with hollandaise sauce.
- STEP 5Serve hot.
