Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 English Muffins
  • 6 Slices Of Boiled Ham
  • 6 Poached Eggs
  • Hollandaise Sauce

Method

  • STEP 1
    Slice the Muffins down the middle and toast.
  • STEP 2
    Slice ham in 0.25inch thick slices, and put onto the top of the English muffin halves.
  • STEP 3
    Meanwhile poach the eggs in oil.
  • STEP 4
    Top each half muffin with an egg and smother with hollandaise sauce.
  • STEP 5
    Serve hot.
