4 Medium Free-range eggs
Finely grated zest of 1 orange

50g Granulated Sugar
Juice of 2 Oranges

Method

STEP 1
Pre-heat the oven to Electric 180ÃÂ°C, Fan 160ÃÂ°C, Gas Mark 4.
