  • 225g Self-Raising Flour
  • 225g Caster Sugar
  • 4 Medium Free-range eggs
  • Finely grated zest of 1 orange

For the drizzle:

  • 50g Granulated Sugar
  • Juice of 2 Oranges

Equipment:

  • 2lb loaf tin, lined
  • Large Bowl

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre-heat the oven to Electric 180ðC, Fan 160ðC, Gas Mark 4.
