  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 tbsp skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (aspartame)
  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • pinch of salt
  • olive oil (for greasing the pan)


    1. mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
    2. grease the pan with olive oil.
    3. pour the mixture into the pan.
    4. flip when the mixture is solidified.
