Curry Coconut Bulgur Salad

Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken meat
- 500 g carrots(4-5 big), diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes(about 8), diced
- 100 g corn
- 2 dl uncooked bulgur
- 125 g coconut milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- curry, salt, pepper
Method
- STEP 1Fry the meat on a big pan. When it's done, add the diced carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
