Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken meat
  • 500 g carrots(4-5 big), diced
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes(about 8), diced
  • 100 g corn
  • 2 dl uncooked bulgur
  • 125 g coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • curry, salt, pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry the meat on a big pan. When it's done, add the diced carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
