Nice and simple baked shrimp dish - inspired by a lunch I had often on the Canary Islands.

  • 1kg large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3tbsp chopped garlic
  • 125ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4tbsp lemon juice
  • 2tsp salt
  • 1tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 3tbsp chopped parsley
  • 60gr fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 60ml of white wine


    Preheat oven to 190C/fan
