Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Large Carrot
- 1 Medium Potato
- 500g Tomatoes
- 1 - 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 900ml Chicken or Vegetable Stock
- 3tsp Tomato Paste
- 2tsp Caster Sugar
- Small Bunch of Fresh Basil
Method
- STEP 1Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the carrot and potato into small cubes. Wash and chop the tomatoes and peel and crush the garlic.
