Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 1 Medium Potato
  • 500g Tomatoes
  • 1 - 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 900ml Chicken or Vegetable Stock
  • 3tsp Tomato Paste
  • 2tsp Caster Sugar
  • Small Bunch of Fresh Basil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the carrot and potato into small cubes. Wash and chop the tomatoes and peel and crush the garlic.
