Print Ingredients Method Ingredients3 medium sized apples of your choice1/2 juice of a lemon+zest2 tbsp of sugarDrop of vanilla essence4 cloves2 cinnamon sticks MethodPeel+core apples and cut into cubes.Put all ingredients into a small saucepan, cook for 20mins over a slow heat.If the apples are soft, remove cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon, then blend apples with a fork.Pour mix into a jar to keep, or put on your dish!Yum!
