Ingredients

  • 1 JUS-ROL Shortcrust Pastry round, thawed if frozen
  • 350g/12oz broccoli - broken into florets
  • 1tub chilled, ready made cheese sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 50g/2oz grated cheese - optional

Method

    Preheat oven to 200oC/400oF/ Gas M 6, have ready a 23cm/9" flan tin or dish.
