I normally make a Summer Pudding with the packs of frozen mixed berries but as daughter and son-in-law are Ironman training I thought this recipe might be more suitable. We all thought it was wonderful and yes, it was a bit sharp, but that's how we like our desserts. I will definitely be making this again. I did freeze the leftovers but wasn't totally happy with the texture when serving it later so in future I will make a smaller quantity so it all gets eaten in one sitting. It's so delicious that polishing it off in one meal won't be a problem.

I only had 150g yogurt, so mixed this with 150g of frozen berries and a dessert spoon of golden syrup. It took longer to blend than 20 seconds and by the time it came out, was rather runny and needed to be put in the freezer. Nevertheless, it was very nice. I must have a sweet tooth though, because it was still quite tart, even with the extra golden syrup. I'll add two dessert spoonfuls next time!

I just made this and the texture is just like ice cream. It wasn't as sweet as wanted it so I added another tablespoon of agave syrup and it tasted just right. So easy to make! + I have stored some extra in the freezer to have for breakfast.
