Ingredients
- 900g mince beef
- 50g flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- veg oil
- 3 tsps paprika
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can baked beans
- 125ml beef stock
- 2 tsp tomato puree
- seasoning
Method
- STEP 1Fry onion and garlic in oil.
- STEP 2once softened add mince and 25g flour and paprika. fry till mince is brown
- STEP 3add tomatoes, baked beans, stock, puree and seasoning
- STEP 4casserole slowly on low heat (140c) for about 1.5 hrs
