Ingredients

  • 900g mince beef
  • 50g flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • veg oil
  • 3 tsps paprika
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 2 tsp tomato puree
  • seasoning

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry onion and garlic in oil.
  • STEP 2
    once softened add mince and 25g flour and paprika. fry till mince is brown
  • STEP 3
    add tomatoes, baked beans, stock, puree and seasoning
  • STEP 4
    casserole slowly on low heat (140c) for about 1.5 hrs
