This is a lovely banana smoothie interpretation great for mornings and kids!

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • A handful of oats.
  • A teaspoon of Honey.
  • A teaspoon of Golden Syrup.
  • A cup of Milk.
  • 1 Fabulous baking boys Flapjack.
  • A pinch of Cinnamon.

Method

    1. First get your Blender out.
    2. Put the flapjack in.
    3. Then the banana
    4. Then the oats
    5. Then the THen the golden syrup and the Honey.
    6. Then finally the milk.
    7. For a less thick taste replace the oats for a tiny bit more flapjack also make sure it is all in small bits.
