Ingredients

  • 1 cup/glass milk
  • 2 cups olive/corn oil
  • garlic (to required taste)
  • lemon juice (to required taste)
  • half tsp salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    Grind garlic with salt until a paste
  • STEP 2
    Put milk into blender and slowly add the oil until mixture becomes thick. Add oil until the consistency you require.
  • STEP 3
    Add garlic and lemon to taste
